You are requested to choose the nearest SIM distribution center from the list. For example if you register a service for Birgunj, the SIM card for that registration will only be issued from Birgunj.
Required Information:-
Name, Fathers' Name, Citizenship No, Citizenship issued place, Address (as mentioned in Citizenship)
Foreigners are requested to provide their current address.
Multiple entries are not allowed. One person can make only one SIM Card Registration.
After completing the registration, a registration slip will appear on the screen. You are requested to print-out the registration slip or note down all information appeared in the slip in your paper and keep the registration slip secured. You have to bring it along with the application form, a copy of your citizenship and original as well, at the time of SIM distribution.
Customers will be notified through newspapers about the SIM Distribution Date. Priority will be given according to the registration number.

ध्यान दिनुपर्ने कुराहरू
(१) आफूले सेवा लिन
चाहेको स्थान स्पष्ट रूपमा खुलाउनु पर्नेछ। एक स्थानको लागि दर्ता गरिएको
मोवाइल सोही स्थानबाट मात्र उपलब्ध हुने छ।
(२) Online
मा प्राप्त विवरणहरू भरिसकेपछि कम्प्युटरको स्क्रीनमा दर्ता
सम्बन्धी विवरण भएको स्लीप देखा पर्नेछ। उक्त स्लीप प्रिन्ट गरी वा सो मा
उल्लेखित सम्पूर्ण विवरणहरू टिपोट गरी सुरक्षित साथ राख्नु पर्छ। सिमकार्ड
प्राप्त गर्नको लागि उक्त स्लीप वा सो को विवरण अनिवार्य रूपमा पेश
गर्नुपर्नेछ।
(३) नाम दर्ता गर्दा एक व्यक्तिको नाममा एक पटक मात्र नाम
दर्ता गर्न सकिने छ।
(४) यसरी नाम दर्ता गरिएका महानुभावहरूलाई पछि सूचना
प्रकाशित गरी क्रमिक रूपमा “नमस्ते”
प्रिपेड मोवाइलको सिमकार्ड दर्ता नम्बरको आधारमा वितरण गरिनेछ। साथै दर्ता
गर्ने व्यवस्था निरन्तर खुल्ला रहनेछ।
